Olivia was found in the front lobby of the No. 1 People's Hospital in Qinzhou. She was 5 months old and only weighed 7 lbs. In my heart I believe that her birth parents tried to keep her as long as they could. Due to her special need and the fact that she was obvioulsly not thriving, I believe they made the best decision they could for her.
